Super Bowl Sunday is just days away, and for us, that means an all-day party with friends, food, and most importantly, beer. Want the low down on what America eats and drinks on Super Bowl Sunday? Check out our “Big Game = Big Eating printable below. Plus it includes our super easy old school Classic Onion Dip recipe.
We always get together with friends for a “pot luck” style party with everyone bringing their favorite craft beer to share. Of course, I may sneak a bottle of Bubbly in to share with our non-beer drinkers and to toast Carolina when they win. Ooops! I said it…yes, I am rooting for the Panthers…sorry Bronco fans! In all honesty, I just hope it’s a fun game to watch.
We are going old school with our appetizer…Classic onion dip with crispy potato chips and my husband is grilling Michael Symon’s savory baby back ribs. Our craft beer pairing of the day will be Track 7 Brewing’s Panic IPA – a heavily hopped brew featuring Amarillo and Simcoe hops. This IPA has subtle citrus flavors and a dank nose. Big hops and a smooth body make Panic an exceptional example of a West Coast Style IPA and perfect with our onion dip and tasty grilled ribs!
Have a super Super Bowl Sunday!
