It was an Aperol Spritz Easter…Bright orange in color, the Aperol Spritz has a very unique taste thanks to the secret recipe, which has never been changed. Infused with ingredients such as bitter and sweet oranges and herbs – including rhubarb and select roots this Italian Spritz is a refreshing drink that is low in alcohol and is a great way to start your meal, as it is a digestive sipper.  It  is commonly served in the northern part of Italy, especially in Venice. This drink is also called Spritz Veneziano or just Veneziano.
