Passion Fruit Banana Smoothie Recipe

..a taste of the Tropics!

Ingredients:

  • 8 passion fruits including flesh and seeds
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 C nonfat, plain, Greek yogurt
  • 2 TBS. honey
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • Mint Sprig

Directions:

  • In a blender, combine passion fruit, bananas, yogurt, honey and ice cubes.  Blend until smooth.  Makes 2 large or 4 small smoothies.
