Feeling good and see a bottle of J Schram Brut Rosé in my future!   It has been a long, interesting, and eye opening few months for me and my family as we have weathered, my Mother-in-Law’s passing, a full year without our boxer girl Stella, and my unfortunate battle with breast cancer.  I am happy to say, I am 3 days away from my final radiation therapy session and ready to burst into Summer!

School is out on June 15th and our Summer is packed with Fun-in-the-Sun activities and adventures!   Hawaii, Zoo Camp, Horse Camp, Pool fun, and plenty of Sipped in California adventures.  I am particularly excited about Taste of Yolo this Saturday and our visit to the new Fieldwork Brewing in Monterey.  Lots of stuff in the funnel for great Sipped in California posts, photos and videos. Thank you for being patient and riding this out with me.

I have to give a huge shout out to the Mercy Cancer Center in Sacramento.  From beginning to end my Techs, Nurse support, and Doctors have been stellar.  Providing compassionate and quality care every step of the way.  No wonder their slogan is “Hello Human Kindness”.  Because of the care I have been given, and what I have gone through, I have created a cause that gives back to the Mercy Foundation:

For every item purchased, 10% will be donated to Mercy Foundation.

About this cause:
