A blend of 58% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay, the Brut Rosé is meant to be enjoyed now.  The wine’s aroma has hints of wild strawberries and roses with notes of peach. Despite its pretty pale pink color, it is a true Brut.

Hibiscus is the flower that powers this tasty honey infused ale. Generous amounts of dried hibiscus flowers and local wild honey are added during the boil to make this pink ale. In addition to the color, the hibiscus also provides a pleasant lemony-tart, cranberry-like flavor, that is complimented with a hint of wild honey.

This fun slushy Summer cocktail is the brain-child of Carlos Yturria of Treasury in San Francisco.  We tried this tasty slushy and it surely lives up to its fun party name!  Click here for the recipe
