This 100-year old family recipe is a must try!
It was a Little Napoli day for me in Carmel-by-the-Sea sitting by the cozy fireplace and pairing a glass of Prosecco with Pepe’s famous garlic bread. I followed our garlic bread experience with a pesto “genovese” tagliatelle with asparagus, basil cream and pine nuts. My husband ordered the spicy diavola pizza with soppressata salami tomato sauce, fiore di latte mozz’, and chili oil. Our daughter was in heaven with her own cheese pizza and lemon pellegrino.
